than Japan? |

When
are invoices required?

proforma or commercial invoice is
required when you export some goods,
such as product samples to overseas
countries. Exporter has an obligation
to submit a commercial invoice to
the customs in destination country
under their law. Therefore, even
if the items are only sample (no
commercial value), invoices are
required. Please make sure to describe
the concrete names, materials and
the purpose of usage for goods on
the invoices which will help customs
clearance.

OCS arrange two-point pick up?
For example, when the package is
at the warehouse and the air waybill
is at office. |

can handle these conditions. we
will pick up your goods from the
warehouse while we pick up the documents
(courier waybill & invoice)
from your office. After coming back
to our office, we will mach the
goods with the document and arrange
to dispatch it to overseas.

time? |

urgent shipment that must be delivered
at specific time to a consignee,
we can provide you a special delivery
arrangement which would meet your
requirement. (The extra charges

the sender (the shipper) pay the
tax and duty instead of the importer? |

Yes.
We can also arrange import duties/taxes
imposed not only by Japan but also
by most destination countries. Please
indicate “ DUTY & TAX
PAID BY SHIPPER” on the column
