Handwritten Air Waybill Fee & i-WiLL Campaign Notice

Thank you for your continued support of OCS Hong Kong.

We would like to inform you of the following changes regarding the handling fee for Air waybills (AWBs).

1. Introduction of Handling Fees for Paper Air Waybills

Effective April 1, 2025, customers using the traditional multi-copy handwritten air waybills will be charged a handling fee of HK$40.0 per AWB (There is no charge for issuing AWBs using the i-WiLL system)


2. i-WiLL Usage Discount Campaign

From January to March 2025, customers who create and print AWBs using the i-WiLL system will receive a discount of HK$5.0 per AWB. Additionally, we have prepared special rewards based on your usage frequency. (Campaign details available in Chinese only.)

At OCS Hong Kong, we encourage transitioning from traditional paper AWBs to digital AWBs created and printed using the i-WiLL system. This initiative is part of our commitment to environmental sustainability, promoting data digitalization and paperless operations. By improving operational efficiency and cost management, we aim to stabilize shipping rates for our customers.
