Re: Temporary Surcharge Arrangement
The global COVID-19 epidemic has brought unprecedented challenges. OCS has always served customers first, providing reliable delivery services to customers. Under the epidemic, the global aviation industry has had a serious impact, and many countries have significantly reduced or cancelled flights. As a result, our company needs more costs to pay for freight services, which has led to a substantial increase in the company's operating costs. However, we still hope to provide stable service quality to our customers, so we have decided to charge a temporary surcharge until further notice.
Please find below the mechanism of this surcharge:

Temporary Surcharge - March 2024
0.5kg - 20kg HK$9.0 per 0.5kg
20.5kg or above HK$8.5 per 0.5kg
*The temporary surcharge will be effective as of the 01 March 2024 until further notice.
