Thank you very much for your continued support.

We would like to extend our sincere apologies for an error in the delivery information we provided on 19 May 2025.

Please note that for shipments picked up on Fridays, delivery will not take place the following day, but rather on the following Monday.

However, for areas eligible for next-day delivery, if the day following pickup falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or Japanese national holiday, delivery will be made on the next business day.
For other regions, the estimated delivery date will be calculated based on business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Japanese national holidays.
