Application Procedure:
Without paid materials: Fill in the form → Receive material tracking number (within 1 working day) → Receive materials (within 7 working days)
With paid materials: Fill in the form → Receive an email notification with payment link (within 1 working day) → Click the link and upload proof of payment → Receive material tracking number (within 1 working day) → Receive materials (within 7 working days)
- Materials will be dispatched within 7 working days from the application date.
- If you apply for multiple items, they will be dispatched together once all items are ready.
- If you would like to receive certain items sooner, please submit separate applications.
- Depending on the application details and delivery conditions, preparation may take a longer time.
- Applications submitted on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- It is recommended to order a quantity that can be used up within 2–3 months.

Cartons are chargeable. In cases where only packaging materials are ordered (without waybill-related collection or delivery services), a local delivery fee within Hong Kong will be additionally applied on top of the material cost.
Carton delivery fee calculation:
L-size carton: 15 kg per 10 pcs
M-size carton: 10 kg per 10 pcs
S-size carton: 6 kg per 10 pcs
- Payment method: Bank Transfer or FPS only
- If cartons are delivered together with a scheduled pickup or delivery, the Hong Kong domestic delivery fee will be waived.
