Volumetric Weight

If the volumetric weight exceeds the actual weight, the former will be used to calculate the shipment costs.

Actual Weight: The gross weight of the shipment (including the packaging).

Volumetric Weight: The weight of the shipment based on its volume. For this purpose, 5,000 cm³ is equivalent to 1 kg.

※How to Calcurate

Volumetric Weight (kg) = Length(cm)XWidth(cm)XHeight(cm)÷5,000(cm³/kg) (Round up to the nearest 0.5 kg)

*Sample Calculation

A shipment measures 40 cm x 50 cm x 60 cm and has an actual weight of 15 kg.
Its volumetric weight is: 40 x 50 x 60 ÷ 5,000 = 24.00 kg.
The shipment cost is calculated based on this 24 kg volumetric weight value.
